Move In Procedures
Once your application has been accepted, security deposit received and your lease signed.
- Call the leasing office 7-10 days prior to the start of your lease to make arrangements for picking up your keys.
- Make arrangements for your utilities.
- If applicable, water bills will be issued in the form of a collection notice from UHMC Inc.

Your contents are NOT covered by our property insurance. We highly recommend Renter’s Insurance, our preferred vendor is BJ Mattheiss Insurance
